The only time credit card information is collected, it will be accomplished over a secure network. The information is collected voluntarily. To receive our services after the trial period, credit card processing information is mandatory because to pay for membership. Other information we request is optional.

Part II. Information Usage.
The information collected by All Pro Realtors - RE/MAX will be used for our company database to match buyers and sellers together for Missouri real estate. Users who provide information will receive services and email announcements or advertisements.
Registered users will receive additional announcements from us about products, services and special offers. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.
The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources.

Our Web site may soon offer chats, forums or message boards. Please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes public knowledge.

All Pro Realtors - RE/MAX maintains the accuracy of our information by membership registration only. Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find. Members can edit their profiles by login on. Users may delete their information from our database by canceling their membership account instantly by logging in to their account.

If problems arise, users may contact All Pro Realtors - RE/MAX by email or facsimile. We are committed to resolving disputes within three business days.
