A ceremony was held September 8 at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip. The first stages of the Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas strip began in November 2003. The completion of the second tower kicked off a celebration in which staff members and construction workers marveled at the 27,000 cubic yards of concrete that has been used to create the building.
